WS 5/6 Summer Camp at Redwood Lodge July 9th-15th
A classic summer camp that is anything but ordinary. Don't miss out on an incredible week of fun and activities, where everyday is unique and packed with adventure. God works to transform lives among the Redwoods. Redwood camp is for students entering 4th, 5th or 6th grade in Fall 2017. Redwood Camp allows small groups of campers to enjoy a variety of counselor-led activities. Nature hikes, arts and crafts, the treehouse, cabin challenges, and target sports like archery and BB guns are part of the adventure for all campers. Everyone gets wet too! A swimming pool with curvy slide and the beaches of Bean Creek, provide great time of refreshment. Age-appropriate high adventures such as the flying squirrel, zipline, and Geronimo swing are there to challenge and be conquered. A trip to the beach in Santa Cruz, walks to the Fountain and other options make each day unique.

Baptism Preparation Series: Exploring the Foundations of Our Faith
Completed in March 2017. Next session March 2018. See Baptism details below.
Baptisms will take place on Sunday, May 7th with the whole church during our "Celebrate Life" Sunday at either the 9:00 or 10:45 am Worship Service.
This is an important series aimed at helping our students better understand the Christian faith. We encourage students to ask a lot of questions and be part of the conversation. At the end of this series, students are invited to consider whether they would like to be baptized or publicly reaffirm their baptism.
Vacation Bible School 2017 (June 12 - 16)
Our Wildside Five-Six VBS is a distinct and separate part of our larger VBS camp dedicated to students entering 5th and 6th grades. This adventure will take place daily at Community Presbyterian Church! Each day, our campers will hear a Bible story that reveals a fundamental truth about Jesus Christ and who he really is. Working in a small group setting gives kids a chance to bond with their leaders and ask real questions relevant to their faith. Each day is also filled with activities that include Worship, Games, Crafts, Small Groups, and Lunch.
