Baptism Preparation Series

March 1st - 29th Room 7 (7 - 8:30 PM)

This is an important series aimed at helping our students better understand the Christian faith.  We encourage students to ask a lot of questions and be part of the conversation.  At the end of this series, students are invited to consider whether they would like to be baptized or publicly reaffirm their baptism.  Baptisms will take place on Sunday, May 7th with the whole church during Celebrate Life.

There is no need to sign up for this series.  We just request that students seriously considering being baptized try to attend all five sessions. Students who participated in this series last year will still benefit greatly.  Reviewing the fundamentals allows them to grow and mature in their developing faith.

Vacation Bible School 2017 (June 12 - 16)

Our Wildside Five-Six VBS is a distinct and separate part of our larger VBS camp dedicated to students entering 5th and 6th grades.  This adventure will take place daily at Community Presbyterian Church! Each day, our campers will hear a Bible story that reveals a fundamental truth about Jesus Christ and who he really is. Working in a small group setting gives kids a chance to bond with their leaders and ask real questions relevant to their faith.  Each day is also filled with activities that include Worship, Games, Crafts, Small Groups, and Lunch.
