CPC offers both the main sanctuary and the chapel to the local community for Christ-centered memorials led by our pastors.  Our staff will work with you to plan the service, recruit musicians and host a light reception following the service.  Please review the following information to determine if CPC meets your needs.

Venues:  The main sanctuary seats 600 people with the opportunity to add another 125 chairs.  The chapel seats 150 people.

Times:  Services may be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday or during the week at either 1:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.  We do not offer memorial services on Sunday.

Reception:  Following the service, a one hour reception may be held in the Annex (located in the back of the main sanctuary).  This is an opportunity for family and friends to mingle freely as there are no tables & chairs available.  Light refreshments are provided:  cookies, coffee, tea and punch.  Families may supplement the refreshments with simple "finger foods" if desired.

Slideshows:  Families often wish to include a slideshow of family photos in the service.  While we are not able to create the slideshow, we will be glad to incorporate it into the service.

Extras:  CPC provides a guestbook, will create a program and provide ushers to see to the needs of the family and guests.

Costs:  There is no facility charge nor is there any cost for the refreshments provided at the reception.  Fees for sound technicians (required) range from $200 - $250.  Fees for musicians vary.  Programs cost $45/100 copies.
