A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
God has brought us to CPC in 2016 after a few years of being a semi-professional nomad -- with a stint in New Jersey where I received my Masters of Divinity with a focus in Pastoral Counseling from Princeton Theological Seminary and a stretch in the outskirts of Austin, Texas where I directed day camps and daily programming for kids 0-14 through the YMCA.
My husband and I are excited to be back in my "home turf" (I was born & raised in Santa Cruz, California) and to get to be a part of the CPC family. We have a 3-year old 90+ pound dog who earnestly believes he is a lap dog and who we like to call our first child.
SOMETHING I LOVE ABOUT CPC IS:
The amazing folks I've met so far who serve CPC in all the various capacities -- whether on staff or through volunteering. I am honored and humbled to get to serve alongside such committed and caring men and women who desire to share the hope of the Gospel with our community.
WHAT I DO FOR FUN:
When I'm not at work or hanging out with my husband and dog, I am usually in my studio painting and drawing, or at a coffee-shop writing and reading (usually theology, because I"m a major nerd).
I am happiest and most fulfilled when I get to be creative -- whether that be in writing curriculum for our Sunday School programs, or being covered with paint and ink, or crafting words into worlds through writing.
