Steve Kornaros:

Steven Kornaros has been serving as the Video Café’s music director for almost 3 years (since Oct 2005).  He and his wife Tara and daughter Mila live here in Danville.  Tara faithfully volunteers weekly as the Video Café’s decorator.  She transforms the coldness of the gym into a warm and inviting atmosphere for those who attend.  Mila enjoys walking around the Video Café collecting all the pens from the chairs while Mommy and Daddy prepare for services!

      Steven expresses his heart for Video Café stating:  “The kind of worship experience that the Video Cafe offers is the relevant and meaningful approach that I hope many people today can connect with.  Music is such a powerful tool, that the through the power Holy Spirit, can create an atmosphere that assists people in seeing how awesome God is - how integral His presence is in our lives.  I want to see people be passionate and completely in love with Christ Jesus!" Steven hopes that the Video Cafe congregation will take their lifestyle of Christian faith into their week - and grow stronger daily worship God.  "I feel my responsibility is to be creative in how I communicate the gospel through music, by means of new songs written today as well as striving to make the historic music of the church come alive by making it stylistically relevant, while retaining the depth of the message.” 

     Steven, Tara and Mila feel so blessed to be apart of the CPC family and look forward to what the Lord has in store for the people of God and the San Ramon Valley!
