Children of Grace

It is the mission of Children of Grace to provide hope, love, healthcare, and education to children orphaned by the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Uganda. We are currently providing education, care, and support for 500-orphaned children in the Jinja district of Uganda, East Africa. In 2007 Children of Grace is beginning a program to test all our children for HIV and, if needed, the children will be provided antiretroviral therapy, counseling, and supplemental food. In addition Children of Grace works on projects that benefit our sponsored children and additional children in the villages by providing school lunch programs, farm projects, books and desks for schools, new latrines, and funds to improve school facilities. In January we held our first camp, Camp AllStar, for 120 of our sponsored children aged 11 –14. This camping experience provided an opportunity to share the love of Jesus Christ as well as HIV/AIDS education, sports programs, dancing, and arts and crafts. The children enjoyed real showers, their own beds, and plentiful food. Volunteers, donations and your participation in mission trips are always welcome. www.children-of-grace.org
