ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION FOR REGISTRATION

At the Registration page, you will need to choose a room type. Here is a description of the accommodations:

Deluxe $300:  Carpeted rooms, private bath, lanai, pre-made bed, furnished (hotel style).

Standard $275:  A bit more seasoned with a few less amenities.  Private bath, beds are pre-made, furnished (motel style).  There is a limited supply of this room type.  May include dorm room style room or cabin.

Economy $225:  Considered more basic and rustic in comparison to the deluxe and standard room types.  Bedding, towels, and soap provided.  Beds are not pre-made.  Most economy rooms have bath facilities down the hall (dorm style).  May include Economy class cabin.

Economy Single $300:  An economy room that you don’t share with anyone else.  Mt. Hermon charges an additional fee for this option, which is reflected in the price.  We have a limited number of this room type.

Offsite Housing $125:  Select this option if you have housing arrangements outside of Mt. Hermon.  This fee includes speaker, meals, and conference fees.

Scholarship Contribution:  This is an opportunity for you to contribute additional registration funds for the benefit of offering scholarships and financial assistance to other attendees, including youth attendees and the unemployed among us.  Please consider giving to your brotherhood.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment with Mount Hermon, the following cancellation policy is in effect:

• All Cancellations are subject to a $25 fee.
• Full refunds (less cancellation fee) are available if registrar is notified prior to February 1, 2012.
• 50% refunds (less cancellation fee) are available if registrar is notified prior to February 15, 2012.
• All refunds will be processed within two weeks after the conclusion of the Men's Conference.
