DivorceCare For Kids

Meets the same time as DivorceCare
Children experiencing the divorce of their parents often feel alone, confused, and unsure of what they feel or how to express it. DivorceCare for Kids (DC4K) offers children ages 5-12 a safe place to make friends with other kids who understand how they feel and the things they are going through, learn how to identify and express their feelings, and learn how God’s love can strengthen them and turn tears to hope and joy!
In DC4K we combine games, crafts, activities, music and DVD dramas to create a fun atmosphere where children feel comfortable and accepted. We will meet at the same time as DivorceCare, Mondays from 6-8 pm from October 3 to February 6 in Room 100. Snacks will be provided.
DC4K Provides Kids With a Place to:
- Feel safe to make friends with other kids who understand how they feel and the things they are going through
- Learn how to identify and express their feelings
- Feel how God’s love can strengthen them and turn their tears into hope and joy
Love to have you join us for DC4K- a place where your children find help and hope built on God’s love.
How To Register
You need to have completed DivorceCare previously OR be enrolled in the current session in order to register your kids for DivorceCare 4 Kids. Cost is $25 per child. Contact Bianca at bianca@cpcdanville.org for more information or to register.
