DivorceCare
Mondays
Beginning October 3
6:00-8:00 PM
The saying goes "if you're at the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on!" Are you going through a divorce or separation and feel like you are just hanging on while everyone around you is already moving forward?
DivorceCare through CPC provides a safe and caring community of those just like you, led by facilitators who have been there, just like you. It is a Biblically-centered 13 week course to help you navigate this new journey and help you to, not only hang on, but make your way back up that rope towards healing through faith. DivorceCare features experts in the area of divorce and allows for ample group discussion on each topic.
DivorceCare graduates have this to say:
- This class was a lifesaver for me!
- I felt so supported and loved!
- It was so great to know I was not alone!
- The DVDs were outstanding.
- I see others in similar circumstances leading full, healthy lives and it gives me hope.
Discussion Topics:
- What’s Happening to Me?
- The Road to Healing and Finding Health
- Facing My Anger
- Facing My Depression
- Facing My Loneliness
- New Relationships
- Dealing With My Ex-spouse
- Financial Survival
- Kid Care
- Single Sexuality
- Forgiveness
- Reconciliation
- Moving Closer to God
Come join us! We will meet Monday nights 6:00-8:00 PM starting October 3 in Room 116.
