What is the CPC Library?

Did you know CPC has its very own Library? It exists to serve all the ministries and members of CPC. It contains well-written, helpful Christian books, DVDs, and CDs for people of all ages, plus media study kits and magazines. It has everything from wholesome Christian fiction to research materials on specific books of the Bible as well as counseling books for help in troubled marriages.

Location and Hours

The Library is just behind the Video Café, off the Courtyard. After each service, the friendly library staff is ready to help you find the materials you are looking for. You can check out anything for three weeks, FOR FREE. We are also staffed on Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. In addition, you can come in and check out something on your own at other times. Just follow the instructions at the check out desk.

How You Can Help

New materials are continually added, many by donation. We welcome your good Christian books and DVDs. Those we cannot use will be sent on to other ministries.

How To Check Out a Book

Please sign the checkout card clearly, add your phone number, and stamp both the card and the pocket in the book. Leave the card. If your item is overdue, please pay the $1 per week fine when you return it, so we can buy more materials for all to use. If we lack something that you think we should have, fill out a reserve card and leave it in the checkout tray. Come in and see what your church library has to offer!

Library and three Children
Lots of children's books!

DVD for a Child
Great selection of children DVDs, even one on The Ten Commandments!

New Items

Check out the new DVDs and novels by popular authors that have been added to the collection!  New materials are usually featured in displays on top of the bookcases. New DVDs include five Sugar Creek Gang adventures for 6-12 year olds, three helpful programs on parenting,  three biographies: the acclaimed Blind Side, Billy (Graham) the Early Years, and Gifted Hands.  We also purchased several dramas based on scripture: One Night with the King, the story of Esther, Peter and PaulMark’s Gospel as brought to life by Max McLean, and the book of Acts.
